Industrial floors in a refinery town
Refineries, chemical plants, fabrication shops, valve and pump service shops, marine yards and contractor facilities all need floors that hold up to harsh conditions. Bare concrete absorbs oil and chemicals, dusts under traffic and becomes a safety and cleanliness problem.
Chemical-resistant systems
We install high-build epoxy for general shops and warehouses, novolac epoxy for areas exposed to strong acids and solvents, urethane cement for food service and hot washdowns and polished or densified concrete for large floors that need durability without a coating.
Safety and striping
Forklift lanes, pedestrian walkways, hazard zones and equipment areas can be striped into the coating. Anti-slip aggregates add traction where oils or water may be present. Integrated striping lasts longer than paint on bare concrete.
Labs and control buildings
Labs need seamless, chemical-resistant floors with coved bases for easy cleaning. Control rooms and electrical rooms may need static-dissipative coatings. We specify systems to meet your requirements.
Marine and fabrication shops
Marine shops deal with salt water, fuel and heavy equipment. Fabrication shops face welding spatter, grinding dust and dropped steel. We build thicker coatings and use impact-resistant materials in these spaces.
Restaurants and food service
Kitchens face grease, hot water and daily cleaning. Urethane cement with coved bases handles these conditions and makes sanitation easier.
Working around operations
We plan projects in phases, work nights and weekends and coordinate with your safety team. We follow site safety rules and can work around turnarounds and shutdowns.
Moisture and slab testing
Large slabs near the coast often have moisture issues. We test and use primers suited to the conditions.
Maintenance plans
We can schedule inspections and recoats for high-traffic areas so your floor stays in good shape.
Documentation for owners and safety teams
Industrial clients often need product data sheets, safety data sheets, cure records and written scopes. We provide them, along with maintenance guidance, so facility managers can plan budgets and answer questions from owners, insurers and auditors.
Loading areas and doorways
Dock doors and entrances take the hardest hits from forklifts, pallet jacks and tracked-in water. We build thicker coatings and add texture in those zones, and we can protect slab joints where wheels cross.
Getting a bid
Send us the square footage, a floor plan if available and a description of the chemicals and equipment in each area. We will walk the site, test the slab and provide a phased bid.
Cleaning equipment
Coated floors work well with auto-scrubbers and sweepers. We recommend neutral cleaners and pad types that keep the finish looking good, and we can train your staff on daily care.
Contractor yards and fleet shops
Contractors who support the plants keep trucks, compressors, welders and tools in large shops. Those floors see grease, diesel and heavy rolling loads every day. A high-build coating with a chemical-resistant topcoat keeps the space clean and safer, and light colors improve visibility under shop lights. We can work around early starts and crews heading out to the plants.
Not sure which system fits? Walk us through a typical shift on the floor, including what rolls across it, what spills on it and how it gets cleaned. Those details point to the right coating faster than any brochure and keep the bid focused on what your operation needs.
We also offer walkthroughs after install so supervisors know which cleaners to use, how often to scrub and what to watch for in heavy-wear zones.
